ORDER CANCELLATION
All order are custom made to customer's specifications, not retail and not subject to standard retail store policies. Once an order is put into production by approving final artowork proof or waiving artwork proof, and authorizing or providing payment, order is final for production. Once production begins cancellation requests which occur after that date will incur a minimum 50% cancellation fee. Depending on how far along production is, or if production has finished, customer will not be entitled to refund or recourse, whether or not product shipment is accepted.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The use of third-party logos, trademarks and trade names on products in this web site are for illustrative purposes to represent expertise in factory printing and design capabilities. Such use does not imply an endorsement or association with any third-party, nor does it indicate that the product has been used or purchased by any third-party. Products featuring these designs are not for sale to anyone other than authorized representatives of the owners of the logos, trademarks and trade names.
Art, Logos, Trademarks, and Other Supplied Materials
Our use of art, logos, photographs, illustrations, text, trademarks and other information or materials supplied by Customers ("Artwork") is to provide products and services. No responsibility is assumed by us for determining the proper ownership or proper use of Artwork. All liabilities of this nature rest with the the Customers. The Customers placing an order represent and warrant that they have the authority to order, purchase and distribute the product with the Artwork specified on the order, and that the use or display of the Artwork will not violate any laws, third party rights or client restrictions. No responsibility is assumed for determining who does or does not have such authority. By submitting Artwork to us for use on a product, the Customer agrees that they shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Accolades for the use of any Artwork and for breach of this warranty. Customers also shall indemnify, hold harmless, defend and absolve Accolades, its affiliates and licensors from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, trademark, right of privacy, right of publicity or other IP or proprietary rights or claims of defamation or unfair competition. This directive will remain in effect after delivery of the product or service.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Accolades attempts to be as accurate as possible on all product descriptions. However, Accolades does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered on our websites is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
In no event will Accolades be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising out of or in connection with Accolades or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Accolades, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CHANGES
